“Metamorphosis” manifested from a really difficult transition in my life. This is one of my more vulnerable pieces, being painted with literal tears. Painting has always been a form of healing for me and this is no exception. A part of my life put to death but with death always comes rebirth, and after a time of painful solitude comes growth and a metamorphosis.
